Phase 1 review corrections — four bugs fixed
- relationships.pl: Replace recursive complementary_mitzvot/2 symmetry clause with explicit reverse facts (infinite loop in Prolog) - mitzvot.pl: Remove duplicate mitzvah(2, prohibition, no_other_gods) that caused double-counting in total_encoded/1 - resolve.pl: Add missing use_module(root_meanings) import — root_domain/2 was undefined, failing resolve_produces_result test - shoresh-engine: Generate and commit cabal.project.freeze for exact version pinning (Construction spec §1) All tests pass: 76 Elixir, 33 Haskell, 57 Prolog — 0 failures.
