README: hold morashah and hak'hel together (Devarim 33:4 + 31:11-12 + 30:11-14)
Name the morashah — the Jewish-engineer, Hebrew-reading, Torah-as-spec configuration the work emerges from — without restricting where it goes. Preserve the hak'hel — the table set lifneihem for anyone who comes, including ger asher bish'arecha. Two Torah verses, both held. Lo tigra: refusing to subtract from where this reading came from. Lo tosif: refusing to add restriction to where it goes. README.md is not in @spec_files; no Doorpost atomic commit needed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

## Morashah and Hak'hel
Two verses of Torah are held together here, and neither is released for the other.
*Torah tzivah lanu Moshe, morashah kehillat Yaakov.* (Devarim 33:4)
The Torah Moshe commanded us is an inheritance of the congregation of Yaakov.
*Hak'hel et ha'am — ha'anashim v'hanashim v'hataf, v'gercha asher bish'arecha — l'ma'an yishme'u ul'ma'an yilm'du.* (Devarim 31:11–12)
Assemble the people — the men and the women and the children, and the stranger within your gates — that they may hear and that they may learn.
*Lo bashamayim hi … ki karov elecha hadavar me'od, b'ficha uvilvavcha la'asoto.* (Devarim 30:11–14)
It is not in heaven … the matter is very near to you, in your mouth and in your heart, to do it.
The work emerges from a specific configuration: a Jewish engineer reading Torah in Hebrew, in the age of AI, treating the text as the system specification it is. That specificity is the *morashah* — the inheritance the congregation of Yaakov was given to carry. Naming it is not gatekeeping; it is *lo tigra* — refusing to subtract from what the text actually is and where this reading actually came from. The reading does not work without the language, the cycle, the trope, the chain of transmission, and the discipline of *ka'asher tzivah* — building exactly as commanded.
And: the assembly is *hak'hel* — universal. Men, women, children, *and the stranger within your gates*. The text is *not in heaven*. The table is set *lifneihem* — before them — and *lifneihem* means before whoever comes. The repository is open source. The license is the most permissive available. The L1 text, the specifications, the code, the broken tablets — all readable by anyone who picks them up.
The two coexist in Torah. They coexist here. The morashah names where the work comes from without restricting where it goes. The hak'hel sets the table without erasing the kitchen it came out of. A reader who is not from the congregation of Yaakov can still read the text, run the system, fork the repo, and build. A reader who is from that configuration carries an additional discipline — to read fresh, to verify against the source, to refuse to add and refuse to subtract.

## Structure
The book follows Torah's structure. Not chapters. Parshiyot.
