Findings: the vocabulary of the frame is absent or named-to-refuse, save one sentence in lo_taaseh_lekha §9; every structural/frame fire is the specification quoting the form it teaches (use vs mention — recorded, not fixed); grounded against the chain of authority the operational docs stand (Vayakhel 15→2, Tamid 17→5 golden-calf fires), the architecture half-stands (49→23: component detail the PRD does not say), and the PRD's Torah in transliteration is invisible to the anchor (19 of 61 claims).
