Scott KarpandClaude Opus 4.6 4775122c84 Cleanup: move transcripts out, scripts into scripts/, drop scaffold 
- transcripts/ moved to ~/shorashim-transcripts (separate from code repo)
  Added to .gitignore so it stays out
- src/l1_aron/build_l1.py → scripts/build_l1.py
- src/tools/conversation_search.py → scripts/conversation_search.py
- Removed empty src/ scaffolding (l0_luchot, sanhedrin, shema_layer,
  shoresh_engine, urim_v_tumim — all .gitkeep stubs from an earlier
  layout, never used; the real code lives in shoresh-engine/,
  sanhedrin/, vav_pipeline/, etc.)
- Removed Untitled/ and erl_crash.dump (untracked junk)

Scott KarpandClaude Opus 4.6 5a6fce4945 Move aws-export/ out of shorashim repository 
The aws-export/ directory holds historical AWS data for the
Temple Council project — not part of shorashim. Moved to
~/aws-export and added to .gitignore.

Shorashim's specification is the aron. AWS exports belong
elsewhere.

- 46 EUnit tests, 0 failures (includes fix: rejected outcome now reachable)
- Panel sizes: 1/3/23/71 — unanimous capital guilty → acquit (Sanhedrin 17a)
- Minority opinions append-only, never deleted

Scott KarpandClaude Opus 4.6 622e814c9e Bereishit: initial commit — specifications, readings, and L1 builder 
The complete Shorashim repository: Torah as AI specification.

- 6 specification documents (PRD, architecture, construction, operations, economic model, materials)
- Readings: Mishpatim (Prolog), Maaseh Merkavah, Moreh Nevuchim
- Broken tablets preserved alongside whole tablets
- L1 Torah filesystem builder (build_l1.py) — parses Westminster Leningrad Codex
- Source directory structure for all components (L0 luchot, L1 aron, shoresh engine, sanhedrin, shema layer, urim v'tumim)

L1 build verified: 5 books, 187 chapters, 5853 verses, 79982 words, 2608 unique shoreshim, 0 verses missing te'amim.
