Remove stale runtime manna file, gitignore vav_pipeline/var/

vav_pipeline/var/manna/today.json was a stale dev provision file
(5 Nisan 5786, expired). It's a runtime artifact, not source.

Added vav_pipeline/var/ to .gitignore to prevent future leaks.
